- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1 lb. fish fillet (cod, flounder or catfish)
Directions

1Stir salad dressing, juice, peel and dill until blended. Place fish on greased grill or rack or broiler pan.

2Brush with half of sauce.

3Grill or broil for 5 to 8 minutes; turn and brush with remaining sauce.

4Continue grilling or broiling for 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

5Makes 4 servings. Preparation time: 5 minutes.
