- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. celery seed
- 1 lb. fish fillet
Directions

1Place butter in baking dish.

2Microwave on High to melt butter (45 seconds).

3Blend in seasonings.

4Coat fish fillets in mixture. Place around in dish.

5Cover with wax paper and microwave on High until fish flakes (with fork).

6Approximate time is 5 to 6 minutes.
