- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. very warm water
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Place yeast in 2 cups warm water.

2Melt butter and cream with sugar in large bowl.

3Add egg.

4Add yeast (dissolved) to cream mixture, then add flour and stir until well mixed.

5Place in airtight bowl and keep in refrigerator.

6Drop by spoonfuls into well-greased muffin pan.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

8The dough will keep several days.
