- 2 tablespoons i can't believe it's not butter! spread
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons capers small, rinsed, drained and chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/4 pounds fish fillets
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except flounder in small bowl.

2Arrange flounder in jelly-roll or baking pan lined with aluminum foil, then sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Top flounder with Spread mixture.

3Broil 6 minutes or until flounder flakes with fork. Serve with pan juices.
