- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 3/4 c. hot water
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
Directions

1Chill milk until icy cold.

2Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Chill until partially set.

3Whip until light and fluffy.

4Add lemon juice and sugar.

5Whip chilled milk and fold into Jell-O mixture.

6Line bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan with 1/2 of crumbs.

7Pour gelatin mixture into pan and top with remaining crumbs.

8Chill until firm.

9Cut into squares and top each with a cherry.
