- 1 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 (3 oz.) box lemon gelatin
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
Directions

1Chill milk 3 hours.

2Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/2 cups hot water. Chill until thick and then beat until fluffy.

3Add lemon juice and sugar.

4Beat milk until thick.

5Add first mixture.

6Sprinkle half of the crumbs into 13

7x9-inch pan.

8Pour in mixture and cover top with other half of crumbs.

9Chill until firm.
