- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Chill milk in freezer until ice cold.

2Dissolve jello in boiling water; cool until partially set.

3Then whip the partially set jello until it is light and fluffy.

4Add lemon juice and sugar; mix well.

5Set aside.

6In large bowl, beat chilled milk until stiff peaks form; fold in the jello mixture.

7Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with vanilla wafer crumbs, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.

8Pour lemon mixture into pan over crumb crust.

9Sprinkle the reserved crumbs on top.

10Chill until ready to serve.
