- 1 (1/3 ounce) package sugar-free lemon gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 8 ounces plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 cup thawed whipped topping
Directions

1Stir 1 pkg of lemon gelatin with 1 cup of boiling water for 2 minutes.

2Add 1/2 cup lemon juice and the yogurt in the gelain mixture.

3Cover and chill for 10 minutes.

4Beat until frothy.

5Fold in 1 cup whipped topping, thawed; spoon into four 4 oz. ramekins or custard cups.

6Chill for 1 hour and serve.
