- 3 c. flour
- 1 lb. margarine
- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1/4 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 lb. pecans, cut fine
- 1/4 lb. walnuts, cut fine
- 6 eggs
- 2 oz. lemon extract
- 1 pkg. dates, cut fine (8 oz.)
Directions

1Sift flour over fruits and nuts and mix well.

2Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs, lemon extract and floured fruits.

3Mix well. Bake in stem pan at 250° for 2 1/2 hours.
