- 1 lb. butter (no substitute)
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. plain flour
- 6 eggs
- 2 oz. lemon extract
- 1 lb. white raisins
- 1 1/2 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 lb. pecans
Directions

1Cut fruits and nuts; mix with part of flour.

2Mix other ingredients.

3Add fruits and nuts to cake mixture.

4Bake in 275° oven 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

5Place pan of water under cake while baking.

6(Grease pan and line with wax paper and then grease again.)
