  • 2 slices white bread torn into large pieces
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • Zest from 2 lemons
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 c plain non-fat yogurt
  • 4 tbs evo
  • salt & pepper

    remove crusts from bread soak in milk for 1 min. squeeze bread well and place in food processor with garlic and lemon zest. pulse on and off 5 times to combine. add mayo and yogurt process till smooth. with motor running drizzle olive oil and process until smooth. season with s & p
