  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 cups Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cups White Wine
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 6 whole Tilapia Fillets

Directions

    Combine garlic, lemon juice, white wine, parsley, pepper, and salt in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.

    Place olive oil in a large skillet and turn on medium heat.

    Once heated, lay fish fillets in a single (or almost single) layer in the skillet and pour over 3/4 or all of lemon sauce.

    Cook fish on medium heat until flesh turns white and flakes easily with a fork (5 minutes or less).

    Serve warm.
