- 3/4 cube margarine (6 Tbsp.)
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 c. fruit (berries, apple, peach, etc.)
- 1/4 c. sugar (if using fresh fruit)
Directions

1Melt margarine in a 9-inch square pan or 2-quart casserole. Mix flour, baking powder, milk, sugar and salt.

2Stir together and pour over margarine.

3Top with fruit, adding small amount of sugar with fresh fruit. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
