  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 c. whipping cream or grated lemon rind (for garnish)

    Dissolve sugar in milk and add lemon juice. Freeze for

    Fold in whipped cream and freeze in 2 ice trays. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
