  • 1 qt. whole milk
  • 1 qt. half and half
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 lemons

    Slice 2 lemons into very thin half slices.

    Juice remaining 4 lemons.

    Pour juice over sugar.

    Let stand 2 hours in refrigerator. Mix with milk and half and half.

    Pour into churn.
