  • 1 c. whipped cream or canned cream

    a boil, stirring all the time. Beat egg whites

    into the hot mixture. Having removed the mixture from stove, whip the cream and fold into mixture.

    Pour into dish or tray that has been lined with graham or vanilla wafer cracker crumbs.

    Roll crumbs finely. Fill with lemon mixture, cover with more crumbs and freeze.
