- 1/3 tsp. yellow lemon rind, grated
- Cool Whip topping

1Preheat graham cracker crust. Mix Eagle Brand milk, egg yolk and lemon juice until fluffy. Stir in lemon rind. Pour into crust. Top with Cool Whip topping. Chill overnight.
