  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • vanilla wafers or vanilla wafer crust
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Beat sugar, milk and egg yolks together.

    Add lemon juice; beat and pour into pie crust made with vanilla wafers.

    Put meringue on top made from egg whites and 2 tablespoons sugar. Brown top at 450°.
