- 1/2 box vanilla wafers
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 lemons
Directions

1Crumble vanilla wafers in bottom of pie pan.

2Line sides with whole wafers.

3Melt margarine and pour over wafers.

4Pour milk in bowl and add egg yolks.

5Beat until smooth.

6Add juice of lemons and stir until thickened.

7Pour over crushed wafers.

8Beat egg whites with 2 tablespoons sugar for topping and brown lightly. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

9Makes one thick pie or two thin pies.
