- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 small pkg. sliced almonds
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 container whipping cream
Directions

1Mix graham crumbs and butter; press in pie pan and bake 20 minutes.

2Mix milk, egg and juice; pour into cool pie shell.

3Whip the cream and spread on top and sprinkle with almonds.

4Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
