- 2 small avocados
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 can black pitted olives
- 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 bag tortillas
Directions

1Use a 10 1/2 to 12-inch wide 1 1/2 to 2-inch deep round dish of any kind.

2Prior to making dip, mix mayo, sour cream and taco seasoning mix and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.

3Layer each item in pan in this order:

4beans, avocados, mix from refrigerator, diced, peeled and seeded tomatoes, sliced scallions and cheese.

5Serve with tortilla chips.
