  • 1 (8 oz.) container sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. chopped pimento
  • 2 tsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. crumbled, crisp fried bacon

Directions

    Soften Cheddar cheese or grate it. Soften cream cheese. Mix cheeses together until well blended.

    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Mold into desired shape.

    Chill until firm; if desired, garnish with chopped parsley and pimento strips.
