- 3 egg yolks
- 2 oz. Minute Maid lemon juice
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- vanilla wafers
- 4 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Crush 10 to 15 vanilla wafers and pour over bottom of greased pie pan.

2Melt butter and drizzle over wafer crumbs.

3Place whole wafers around the side of the pie pan.

4Beat egg yolks until light.

5Add Eagle Brand milk gradually.

6Add lemon juice slowly and continue to stir.

7Pour filling over pie crust.
