  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O (small)
  • 3/4 c. Crisco oil (any other brand will do)
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 eggs

    Mix Jell-O with water.

    Beat eggs; add to oil, water and Jell-O.

    Add lemon juice and cake mix; beat 3 minutes.
