- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe II yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 tsp. almond flavoring
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease tube pan generously and flour. Blend 3/4 cup water with lemon Jell-O.

3Empty cake mix into bowl and blend in prepared Jell-O.

4Afterward, add oil; mix thoroughly, adding eggs separately and blending well each time.

5Add flavorings; blend well.

6Remove cake from oven and invert on foil. Top with icing.

7Cover cake on foil until icing settles.
