  • 34 cup sugar
  • 12 cup boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel, fresh
  • 1 cup lemon juice, Juice of 6 fresh lemons

    Dissolve sugar in boiling water.

    Add lemon peel and lemon juice.

    Store covered in fridge.

    1/4 Cup Lemon syrup base mixed with 3/4 Cups water.

    In saucepan heat both water and base until warm.

    2 Cups Lemon syrup base, 6 Cups water.

    Heat in saucepan until warm.

    Makes 8 8 ounce servings.
