  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Blend flour and butter or margarine as you would for pie crust.

    Press into bottom of a 9 x 12-inch greased cake pan.

    Bake 15 to 25 minutes at 350°, until set and golden.

    Cool.
