- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 (3 oz. each) pkg. lemon instant pudding
- 2 c. cold milk
Directions

1Mix nuts, flour and oleo together.

2Spread in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

3Bake 20 minutes.

4Cool.

5Mix cream cheese and sugar. Add 1 cup Cool Whip.

6Spread over crust.

7Mix milk and pudding together until thick.

8Spread over cream cheese mixture.

9Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding mixture.

10Sprinkle with some finely chopped nuts.

11Refrigerate.
