  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 2 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Combine flour and 1 cup walnuts.

    Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.

    Press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

    Cool.

    Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing until well blended.

    Fold in 1 container of Cool Whip.

    Spread over crust.

    Prepare pudding mix using 3 cups milk. Spoon over cream cheese layer.

    Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding layer.

    Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
