- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 2 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Combine flour and 1 cup walnuts.

2Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.

3Press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

4Cool.

5Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing until well blended.

6Fold in 1 container of Cool Whip.

7Spread over crust.

8Prepare pudding mix using 3 cups milk. Spoon over cream cheese layer.

9Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding layer.

10Sprinkle with remaining nuts.

11Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
