- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup plus 3 Tbsp. sugar, divided
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 3 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09

Directions

1Heat oven to 325F.

2Mix graham crumbs, 3 Tbsp.

3sugar and butter until blended; press onto bottoms of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.

4Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, flour, lemon zest and juice with mixer until blended.

5Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.

6Spoon over crusts.

7Bake 25 to 30 min.

8or until centers are almost set.

9Cool completely.

10Refrigerate 2 hours.
