  • 2 lb. small tender okra
  • 6 pods hot green pepper
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 qt. white vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 6 tsp. dill seed

    Bring vinegar, water and salt to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes. Pour over okra.
