  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 c. golden raisins
  • 1 c. broken walnuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell

Directions

    Cream butter with sugar.

    Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well.

    Add the raisins, walnuts and vanilla and mix together evenly. Pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 375° and bake for 30 minutes.
