- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs (do not separate)
- 2 oz. lemon extract
- 1 lb. white raisins
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3 c. nuts
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar in mixer; add eggs, one at a time, beating each lightly.

2Add flour and baking powder alternately with lemon extract.

3Add nuts and raisins.

4Bake at 275° for 2 1/2 hours.
