- 2 c. butter
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 4 c. flour (plain)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 oz. lemon extract
- 8 oz. red cherries
- 8 oz. green cherries
- 1 box white raisins
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 6 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar well.

2Add eggs, extract, 3 cups flour and baking powder.

3Mix one cup flour with cut up fruit and raisins.

4Add fruit with creamed mixture.

5Add nuts last.

6Pour into lined 10-inch Bundt pans.

7Bake at 275° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
