  • 2 bags carrots
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Peel, slice and cook carrots until tender.

    Drain.

    Mix all other ingredients and pour over carrots.

    Chill overnight.
