  • juice of 2 oranges
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • pulp added to juice
  • 1 lemon supreme cake mix
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar

Directions

    Butter 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Put cake mix in large bowl; set aside.

    In another bowl, put 1/3 cup of juices, 1 cup water, 3 eggs and 1/3 cup oil.

    Mix and add to cake mix. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

    Bake 30 minutes.
