  • 4 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 box sugar-free lemon jello
  • 1 small box sugar-free vanilla pudding (make with skim milk)

Directions

    Heat lemon juice in microwave and dissolve lemon jello. Prepare pudding with skim milk.

    Pour cooled jello into pudding. Pour into pie crust.
