- 4 egg yellows, beaten
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Cook sugar, cornstarch and 1 1/2 cups water until thick, about 1 minute.

2Beat egg yellows and lemon juice.

3Add the two together and cook for 5 minutes.

4Put into a 9-inch graham crust or baked pie crust.
