  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 can Eagle Brand
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • graham cracker pie crust

Directions

    Separate egg yolks and whites.

    Put egg whites in separate bowl; beat well for several minutes.

    Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar. Mix the Eagle Brand, lemon juice, 3 tablespoons sugar and egg yolks well; pour into pie crust.

    Pour meringue over pie mixture. Bake at 350° until meringue is brown.

    Chill and serve.
