- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon peel
Directions

1Cook cornstarch, milk, sugar and dash of salt until it boils and thickens.

2Beat 3 egg yolks.

3Mix with small amount of hot mixture, then mix all together.

4Cook 2 minutes.

5Add margarine or butter, lemon peel and lemon juice.

6Cover and cool in refrigerator, then fold in sour cream.

7Pour into 1 baked 9-inch pie shell.
