Lemon Pie

Directions

   Combine sugar, lemon rind and juice, cornstarch, egg yolks and water and cook until thick. Pour into baked pie crusts.

   Beat egg whites and sugar to taste and vanilla.

   Cover pie and brown in oven.

   Makes 2 pies.
