  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1 c. green onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. sliced almonds

    Saute celery and onion in margarine until tender.
