- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 6 cardamom pods
- 3 cloves
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 1 12 cups chicken stock
- 12 cup raisins
- 12 cup slivered almonds
Directions

1Heat oil in a pan.

2Sautee onion, garlic, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.

3Add in raw rice and zest of a lemon.

4Season to taste.

5Put into rice cooker along with stock.

6Let cook.

75 mins before its done, add raisins in and continue cooking for 5 minute.

8Serve sprinkled with almonds.
