  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple and juice
  • 2/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton cream cheese, softened
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Directions

    Dissolve jello in heated pineapple juice and pineapple.

    Stir in softened cream cheese until completely melted.

    When cool, add salt, nuts and whipped cream.

    Place in refrigerator until set.
