  • 1 package Yellow Or Lemon Cake Mix
  • 1 package 3 Oz. Dry Lemon Jello
  • 3/4 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • 4 whole Eggs

  • 1/2 cups Lemon Juice
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar

Directions

    Mix cake mix, Jello powder, oil, water, and eggs for four minutes.

    Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until the middle stops jiggling.

    Let cool, then use dinner fork to poke holes about every inch of the cake.

    Blend lemon juice and powdered sugar and pour over cake. Receive compliments graciously.
