- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 jar pimentos, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 4 sliced carrots
- 4 sliced green onions and tops
- 3 celery stalks
- red wine vinegar and oil dressing
- 1/2 c. chives
Directions

1Cook macaroni for 20 minutes.

2Drain and rinse in cold water. Add all ingredients together and allow to marinate in dressing for 2 hours in refrigerator.

3Drain off dressing before serving.
