Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) macaroni shells
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 jar pimentos, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 sliced carrots
  • 4 sliced green onions and tops
  • 3 celery stalks
  • red wine vinegar and oil dressing
  • 1/2 c. chives

Directions

    Cook macaroni for 20 minutes.

    Drain and rinse in cold water. Add all ingredients together and allow to marinate in dressing for 2 hours in refrigerator.

    Drain off dressing before serving.

    Salt and pepper to taste.
