- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 (4 oz. size) pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. cold water
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. Blend all ingredients at low speed of mixer until moistened.

3Beat 2 minutes at high speed.

4Pour into pan.

5Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.

6Cool 25 minutes in pan.

7Turn upside down and place on plate.
