- 4 eggs
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- Lemon Glaze
Directions

1Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.

2Add cake mix, pudding mix, water and oil; beat 10 minutes at medium speed on electric mixer.

3Pour into ungreased 10-inch tube pan with removable bottom.

4Bake at 350° for about 50 minutes.

5Leaving cake on pan bottom, remove sides of pan from hot cake.

6Drizzle Lemon Glaze over top of cake and spread on sides of cake.
