- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 5 eggs
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients together.

2Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time.

3Blend well after each.

4Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.

5Pour into greased, floured 10-inch tube pan.

6Start in cold oven.

7Bake at 350° for 75 minutes.
