- 3 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 egg yolks
- juice of 1 lemon
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1 c. milk
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter.

2Add flour, beaten yolks, grated rind, juice and milk.

3Mix well.

4Fold egg whites into mixture.

5Pour into greased 1-quart casserole dish; set in pan of hot water. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

6Serves four.
